Socket x Socket BSP (British Standard Pipe thread) fittings are internally threaded on one socket and are a glued type on the other.In the case of a TEE 2 opposed sockets are glued type and one is threaded. If its is a reducer the BSP socket will be smaller.
A pressure pipe fitting that provides excellent chemical resistance to most solutions of acids, alkalis and salts and solvents that can be mixed with water. Rated to 230psi/16bar.

We recommend using a PVC cleaner/prep fluid before gluing to ensure a good weld.
PVC fitting are compatible with standard solvent weld pipe cement or PeViCol glue.
Use PTFE (Teflon tape) to ensure a tight seal between threaded components.
