About Us
We are a family run business based in County of Somerset in the Southwest of England, and provide hot tubs and spas, including swim spa's to all over the south west including Avon, Banwell, Bradley Stoke, Bridgwater, Bristol, Burnham on Sea, Cheddar, Chipping Sodbury, Congresbury, Devon, Glastonbury, Gloucester, Highbridge, Nailsea, Portbury, Portishead, Somerset, Street, Taunton, Tiverton, Wellington, Weston-super-Mare, Wick ST Lawrence, Yatton, Yeovil, to name just a few. We pride ourselves on our customer service. We treat our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves.
The company was originally set up as a hire company back in 2004 by its founders Garry & Tracey to bring the affordable luxury to Somerset. We expanded to a shop and display area within a Garden Centre in Taunton in 2007, July 2012 we moved from the Garden Centre to our own showroom just out side Bridgwater, November 2018 has seen us move again to a 2 story showroom in Weston Super Mare where we carry a full range of chemicals and accessories. We aim to cater for all the needs of a hot tub consumer.
We are authorised dealers for Vita Spa, Platinum Spa's, and Roto Spa. Roto Spa is the true British made Hot Tub. The Vita Spa brand reaches back to before 1974 and is USA made. Platinum Spa's are new to our showroom since our move to Weston Super Mare in November 2018 and are made in Asia. These brands allow us to offer a range of hot tubs to meet customer needs from great value for money, state of the art technology, and high end products.
By working with these Manufacturers and their Distributors we are able to offer you the customer over 60 different hot tub configurations, and 6 different exercise pools including swim spas, we are confident that we can meet the needs of the majority if not all customers looking to purchase a hot tub or swim spa.
We are always happy to assist you with information and advice on your hot tub or swim spa purchase. We have gained our experience from many years working within the wet leisure industry, and of course we have a hot tub ourselves. For those that ask we have a 700 series Vita Spa Cabaret.
We have come a long way since the purchase of our own hot tub back in 2002, and would like you to come and join our journey and benefit from our experience.
